Shipping And Warranty

Shipping

We coordinate shipping for all customers across the continental U.S. and Canada. For international orders outside the U.S., we’re happy to assist in coordinating logistics between you and your chosen shipping provider.

Shipping costs vary and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Final shipping arrangements are made during the purchasing process.

Most furniture ships in a custom, purpose-built wooden crate to ensure safe transport.

Smaller items may ship via UPS or FedEx, depending on size and destination.

Lead times and transit times vary based on product specifications, order volume, and location. Your sales representative will provide the most accurate estimate at the time of order.

Returns & Cancellations

All of our furniture is made to order and built specifically for you.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable once production begins.

While we aim to meet your project timeline, delivery schedules may vary depending on complexity, materials, and current production volume. Please review timing with your sales representative prior to purchase.

Warranty & Care

We stand behind the quality of everything we build. If something isn’t right, please reach out to your sales representative and we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution.

Our furniture is handcrafted from solid hardwood. Natural variations in grain, tone, and texture are part of what makes each piece unique.

All of our wood goes through an extensive air- and kiln-drying process to ensure stability and performance. However, wood is still a natural material and will continue to respond to its environment over time.

Temperature, humidity, and light exposure can cause subtle changes such as movement or color shifts. These are not considered defects, but a characteristic of authentic hardwood furniture.

To preserve the beauty and integrity of your piece, please follow the care guidelines provided with your order.
